WHAT WE DO AT
HOWL FABRIC
UPDATE:
It is our mission to produce and seek out the best fabrics in Faux Fur and Minky, in the best quality possible. We narrowly focus on faux fur because it is a fabric we have long worked with ourselves. Originally we are costume creators at heart, which is why we would never sell a product we would not be willing to use ourselves.
Our mission is also about variety, without a wide range of colors and styles to choose from, we wouldn't be who we are.
Howl Fabric is open and processing orders, most orders are currently processing and shipping within 2-3 business days. We are a small team, and your orders are very important to us, we're working hard to ensure all orders continue to ship on schedule.
SHIPPING DELAYS:
We have been advised of the current shipping delays for domestic shipments. We use both FedEx and USPS for domestic orders.
FedEx has advised us that most shipping times have returned to normal. FedEx is not experiencing any delays on shipping at this time.
USPS has stated domestic Priority Mail and First Class Mail delivery times have both been extended. Please allow up to an additional 3 days for shipments to arrive over previous shipment times for USPS Priority. First class shipments are experiencing delays of 10-14 additional days. This mostly applies to swatch orders with free shipping since they are sent USPS mail (First Class). If you need swatches faster, Priority and Express shipping options are available at checkout.
International shipments UPDATE! (10/1/2020) - We have recently added new shipping options for international shipments through FedEx International. International customers can now receive shipments as quickly as 3-4 days. View the shipping options at check out to see pricing and transit times.
International USPS shipments are currently experiencing significant delays. Due to a great reduction in overseas flights departing the US, all USPS shipments bound for international destinations will experience delays in transit times.
Expect delays of up to 4-6 weeks or longer of additional transit time on all international USPS shipments. Most shipments are queued and awaiting air or sea transit out of US customs hubs, so tracking information that does not update once it reaches a hub for extended periods is to be expected during this time.
We will continue to update this page if transit times change or improve.
RESTOCKING:
Our suppliers and mills have continued to remain open, and we are working directly with them to continue stocking fabrics as quickly as possible. Delays are to be expected, as transit times from all areas of the world are not moving at the speed as before the global pandemic. This means some items may sell out that would normally be restocked right away, please plan accordingly.
A few items that are currently in transit to us from the mill are now available as "Backorder" items. More of these fabrics are on the way, but some shipments have been delayed due to the pandemic and an increase in freight volume. If you place an order now for a backorder item, it will ship as soon as these items arrive to us. Placing a backorder guarantees that you will be first in line to receive that particular fur, should it sell out.
